Do you want to stay in touch with your child even without a traditional phone? Thanks to calling through the secure KLOKI switchboard, it's possible – safely, easily, and under full parental control. In this section, you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding adding contacts, how calls work, calling limits, and setting permissions. You will learn how calling works, who can call, and why there is no need to know the watch number – we will take care of everything for you.

Contacts can only be added within the calling feature, which is available with a subscription that allows calling.

Steps to add contacts:

  1. Open the Findee Kids app.
  2. Go to “Watch Settings” and then to the “Contacts on Watch” section.
  3. Add the desired names and phone numbers to the contact.
  4. Create the contact

If you find that a contact you saved in the Findee Kids app is not showing up on the watch, we recommend the following simple procedure:

  1. Open the Contacts section in the Findee Kids app.
  2. Find the contact that is not displaying and delete it.

Then re-add the contact – enter the name and phone number, and save.

Our children's watches are designed to protect the child and enable safe communication only with authorized individuals.

Every call – incoming and outgoing – goes through our secure central office, which ensures maximum protection.

How does it work?

  • The call first goes to our central office.
  • It verifies whether the caller or recipient is an approved contact in the app.
  • If everything checks out, the call is securely connected to the watch or back to the parent's phone.

Thanks to this:

  • No one knows the real number of the watch – it is protected.
  • Unauthorized individuals can never call the watch.

The child can only call people that the parent approves.

In fact, there is no need to know the watch's phone number – communication takes place through our secure central system, which handles everything for you. Just follow these steps:

  1. Download the Findee Kids app.
  2. Activate the calling subscription.
  3. Save your phone number in the contacts list in the app.

After saving the contact, a special number will automatically appear, through which you can safely call the watch. This ensures that only verified individuals can reach them.

In the Findee Kids app, you can create up to 10 contacts that will be automatically uploaded to the watch.

For each contact, you can also choose a colored avatar, which helps the child easily recognize who is calling or whom they can call.

Yes, you can make calls from the watch. However, this feature is only available with an active "Watch and Call" subscription. Once you activate the subscription, calling will be available immediately.

The calling feature is only available with the "Watch and Call" subscription. This feature is not available with a lower subscription.

If you are currently using a lower plan and want to switch to "Watch and Call", please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Findee Kids mobile app
  2. Go to the "Watch Settings" section
  3. Tap on "Watch Subscription"
  4. Select the "Cancel Subscription" option
  5. In the subscription selection, choose "Watch and Call"
  6. Complete the order according to the instructions in the app

Once you complete the order, the calling feature will be automatically activated for you.

For maximum safety, calls to children's watches are not redirected directly. Even if you call from a phone with an unlimited plan, you cannot reach the number in the watch directly – no one knows it.

How does calling work?

Each call takes place in two steps:

  1. From your phone to our secure switchboard.
  2. From the switchboard to the child's watch.

This way, the switchboard verifies that it is an authorized contact, and only then does it allow the call to proceed. Thanks to this:

  • No stranger can call the child.
  • The phone number in the watch remains hidden.
  • All communication is fully under the parent's control.

This switching process means that a small fee is charged for the call, but it significantly increases the level of security.

Yes, tracking the watch on two or more phones is possible.
You can install the Findee Kids app on any number of devices and share the watch with other users – for example, with the other parent or grandparents.

How does it work?

The first user who activates the watch becomes the owner of the watch. They have the right to set the watch's functions and manage the subscription.

If you want to add another user, follow these steps:

  1. Install the Findee Kids app on another phone.
  2. Open the app and select "Add new watch".
  3. Scan the QR code or enter the registration code manually.
  4. Request access approval from the watch owner.
  5. The owner will receive an email prompting them to approve – they must confirm the sharing.

Once approved, the watch will automatically appear for the new user in the app.

No, you don't have to. The KLOKI watches already have everything you need inside – the SIM card is pre-installed and all data transfers and calls are included in our plans.

You don't have to commit to any operator, deal with contracts, or complicated settings.

Currently, it is not possible to use your own SIM card in KLOKI watches.

The watches work exclusively with the pre-installed global SIM card that is part of the device, and with an active subscription to our services. This system allows us to ensure stable operation, secure calling, and easy setup without the need to deal with operators or complicated configurations.

As a result, the watches are ready to use immediately after activation – simply, quickly, and without worries.

The data plan is part of the subscription that you have activated on your watch. There are no data transfer limitations, which means you can use the watch without restrictions for all its functions.

Our goal is to offer parents the simplest and most comprehensive service possible, which requires no setup, no searching for SIM cards, and no dealing with mobile operators' tariffs.

Everything is ready to use right out of the box.
Thanks to the pre-installed SIM card and active tariff, the KLOKI watches work immediately – without worries and without any additional steps.

This way, you get:

  • full functionality of all services
  • secure calling and localization
  • unlimited access in the Czech Republic and abroad

Just turn on the watch and connect it to the app. Everything else is taken care of.

Replacing with another SIM card may cause the watch to stop functioning properly.

Additionally, any manipulation with the SIM card may lead to the loss of warranty and prevent technical support.

We therefore recommend using only the original SIM card and subscription provided with the device, which have been specifically designed for the needs of the KLOKI watch.
