All features of the KLOKI watch are available through a subscription, which you can easily activate in the Findee Kids app. In this section, you will learn how the subscription works, what tariffs are available, and what exactly they include. You will also find information about prices, call minutes, payment management, and options for cancellation or switching to another plan. We will assist you even if the payment fails or you need to make a change.
Activating your subscription is easy and can be done in just a few minutes. Follow these steps:
1. Registration in the Findee Kids app
First, download the Findee Kids app from Google Play or the App Store.
After downloading, register and create your user account.
2. Adding a watch
In the app, add your child's watch – using the QR code or registration code found on the watch.
3. Automatic trial subscription
Upon successful activation of the watch, you will automatically receive 1 month of free subscription.
During this time, you can use all the watch features without restrictions.
4. Activation of paid subscription
After the trial period, the app will prompt you to choose a subscription.
On the main screen, click the "Activate Subscription" button and follow the instructions.
5. Early activation (if you want to start earlier)
If you want to start with a paid subscription earlier, you can:
- Open the Findee Kids app
- Go to Watch Settings
- Select the "Watch Subscription" section
- Select the desired plan and confirm payment
Subscription prices may vary – for specific amounts, please check directly in the Findee Kids app under the "Watch Subscription" section.
The "Stay in Touch" plan includes:
- Unlimited location requests: You can find out where your child is at any time.
- Unlimited voice messages: Sending and receiving voice messages between you and your child without limits.
- Unlimited photo sharing from the watch: Your child can share photos directly from the watch without restrictions.
- Unlimited number of family members: More family members can track the location and communicate with the child.
- Findee Kids mobile app: An app for parents to easily manage the watch's features.
This plan is ideal for parents who want to track their child's location, keep an overview of their movements, and stay connected through messages.
It offers basic features such as:
- Viewing current location
- Movement history
- Voice messages between the watch and the app
- Alerts for removing the watch, low battery, and other notifications
Note: This plan does not allow calling. If you want the ability to call from the watch to the watch, choose the "Track and Call" plan.

This plan is designed for parents who want the ability to call their child immediately or receive a call from their watch – whenever needed.
With the "Watch and Call" subscription, you have access to:
- Secure calling from the app to the watch and back
- An SOS button feature that initiates automatic calls to preset contacts
- All other tracking and communication features included in the "Stay in Touch" plan
This plan is an ideal choice if you are looking for a quick way to be in direct voice contact with your child, for example, on the way to school, to activities, or in unexpected situations.
Current information about the subscription can be found directly in the Findee Kids app after adding the watch in the "Watch Settings" section.
The "Watch and Call" plan includes:
- 20 free minutes for incoming and outgoing calls
- Calls are primarily intended for urgent communication
- Billing by the second, not by the started minute
- Secure calls through the switchboard, preventing unauthorized persons from calling the child
- No one knows the phone number in the watch, ensuring safety
- All calls go through a secure switchboard, ensuring that only authorized persons can connect with the child.
If you run out of all your free calling minutes, the watch won't stay silent. You can easily purchase an additional 10 minutes for 20 CZK at any time – directly in the Findee Kids app.
You can add minutes as needed, without automatic increases and without unnecessary commitments.
The "Watch and Call" subscription is designed to meet the needs of children and parents for short and important calls – precisely for situations when quick and purposeful communication is necessary.
It is not intended for long calls, which are often unnecessary. With this approach, we can keep the price as low as possible while offering you:
- unlimited voice messages
- unlimited tracking of the child's location
This provides you with a reliable and accessible tool for everyday safety and peace of mind.
Parents' experiences show that even though 20 minutes of calling may initially seem insufficient, in practice it is absolutely enough.
If you have an active "Watch and Call" subscription, you can purchase additional minutes at any time – without any limits.
- 10 extra minutes cost 20 CZK.
- Purchased minutes are valid only for the current month.
- Unused minutes do not carry over to the next period.
This way, you can flexibly adjust your calling time according to your current needs – and only pay for what you actually use.
You can purchase minutes in “Watch Settings”. The procedure is as follows:
- Open “Watch Settings”.
- Go to “Watch Subscription”.
- Select the option “Buy Additional Minutes” and proceed with the payment.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly in the Findee Kids app without any issues.
Cancellation is:
- Free – you do not pay any additional fees.
Flexible – if you change your mind at any time, you can reactivate your subscription and continue using all the features of the watch.
The minimum subscription period is 1 month.
Unfortunately no. Financial compensation is not provided for the already paid period, even if you cancel the subscription earlier.
Therefore, we recommend:
- Cancel the subscription only at the end of the billing period to make the most of the service.
- Utilize all available features within the already paid month.
This way, you won't miss out on any benefits that KLOKI offers.
No, subscriptions in the watch cannot be directly transferred to another person.
In the event that the watch stops working, unfortunately, there is no entitlement to a refund of the already paid subscription fee. This rule is based on our terms and conditions, which take into account the costs associated with providing services.
However, we understand that such a situation can be unpleasant. Therefore, as compensation, we will offer you a special discount on a new watch.

The subscription price is not guaranteed forever and may change in the future. However, our goal is to keep it as affordable as possible for everyone.
We will always inform you in advance of any changes. If the new price does not suit you, you have the option to cancel the subscription and withdraw from the contract.

Yes, by entering the payment method and making the first payment, the free trial period will end immediately and the paid subscription will be activated automatically.
All changes regarding payments and subscriptions will take effect immediately. Therefore, we recommend entering your payment details only when you are ready to switch to the paid version.
If you were unable to complete the payment for your subscription, it is very likely that it was not confirmed in your banking system. In order for the payment to be successfully processed, it needs to be manually approved – most often in your bank's mobile app.
Please try the following step-by-step procedure:
- In the Findee Kids app, click on the "Activate subscription" option.
- Choose the subscription type that suits you best.
- You will then be redirected to the payment gateway.
- After clicking "Pay," you need to confirm the payment in your banking app – usually, a confirmation prompt will appear, or you need to confirm directly in the bank's app.
- Once you confirm the payment, a confirmation of successful completion will be displayed along with a prompt to return to the merchant.
- Return to the Findee Kids app – within a few seconds, a green checkmark should appear, confirming the successful receipt of payment.
- You will then be automatically redirected to the subscription details or directly to the map.
- If the subscription does not activate immediately, please wait a few seconds – the watch will soon appear on the map as active.
